Starting: Section D7 - Mt. Williamson Summit Trail
Ending:  Section D9 - Ridgetop vista point

Last night was cold & windy- 1st time I zipped my bag all the way up. My down bag performed well keeping me nice & warm.

Today was an easy 25 miles. I don't mean to sound cocky or arrogant, but the miles were easy. I finally feel like I am beginning to hit my stride. We covered the 13 miles to Camp Glenwood before noon, stopped for a quick bite to eat & consulted the maps. We had reached another mini-milestone: 400 miles.

We saw there was a 'Ridgetop Vista Point' another 11 miles away. Sounding like a good place to camp we reached it by 5 pm. The vista lived up to its name & we are currently camped, eagerly awaiting what will be an amazing sunset.

Another day in paradise...
